Cancelling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel the subscription for your device, please email cancellations@mindme.care.

We can only do this if your subscription payments are made to us. If your subscription payments are made to another provider such as Taking Care then you will need to contact them to cancel it.

Please email us no later than a week before your payment is due. This gives us time to cancel the subscription with our payment processor.

Please note that if you are paying by Standing Order it is your responsibility to cancel the payments with your bank.
